Peach and Wildberry Crumble

Do you struggle to find something healthy to eat for breakfast? Or maybe you are looking for a healthy dessert to take to a pitch in. This is it! It is SO simple to make. This is also a perfect recipe to get your kids cookin’ in the kitchen.

This recipe is packed with nutrients! Wild blueberries and peaches are packed with loads of antioxidants. Get in my belly anti-aging foods! (Who’s with me?) This recipe is also packed with fiber. Y’all know we need fiber in our diets.

 If you are serving this as a dessert it would be amazing with organic vanilla or peach ice cream. YUM!

Peach and Wildberry Crumble

  • 16 ounces frozen (or fresh) sliced peaches (2 cups fresh)
  • 2 cups frozen wild berries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup


  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a 9" x 12" (approx.) oven safe dish add the filling ingredients and stir gently. (no need to thaw frozen fruits)

  3. Mix together the topping ingredients in a separate bowl.  Once combined, sprinkle evenly over the filling.

  4. Bake (uncovered) at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Depending on your oven. 

Recipe Notes

You can omit the coconut sugar, I just like to add a small amount in because it gives it a little more depth of flavor. Date sugar would also work.

This is my favorite brand of shredded coconut. It is shredded really fine.
